Ballston Community Library

Every construction firm has a project in which it is particularly proud. That project for HVC is the Ballston Community Library. It is our first high profile, public, state-of-the-art facility. The project's design incorporated high-end masonry and steel. This facility has become an architectural focal point and true community center for the Town. Construction of this building was completed on time and within budget.
